Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed with luxurious finishes, offering an amazing view of the old city and sea. The amenities provided were of high quality, including a huge snack basket and a refilled minibar daily.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy, and the staff treated us with such professionalism and warmth throughout our check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend this place with 5 stars, and I genuinely enjoyed my time here.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms felt like a luxurious palace, being both spacious and impeccably clean. The service provided by Oktay & Fahan was exceptional, making my check-in and check-out seamless and pleasant. The location was ideal, just a short walk from major attractions like the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. The dining experience, with a delicious selection of Turkish and Azerbaijani cuisine, truly exceeded my expectations.
The hotel rooms were always left in a stunning condition for us to come back to each day, pleasant, clean, well decorated, and comfortable. However, the room had a small window that was not enough to make it bright. The service was exceptionally friendly and efficient, especially from Karem, Saleh, and Borak. The location is within walking distance to any Sultanahmet attractions but can be challenging for those with mobility issues due to the hilly terrain. The dining experience was great with a wonderful buffet selection, including Turkish and Azerbaijani dishes. The facilities were top-notch.
Upon arrival, my room was not ready even though it was after 4:00 pm, but the attention to design, comfort, and even the smallest details was commendable. The room, albeit small, was impeccably clean, beautiful, and exceptionally quiet.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully appointed with luxurious finishes, offering an amazing view of the old city and sea. The amenities were plenty and of very high quality, including a huge snack basket and free, daily-refilled minibar. The location was ideal for exploring the major tourist sites on foot. The service went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, providing complimentary high-quality snacks and beverages. The dining experience was top-notch, with a fantastic breakfast. The only downside was the need to climb to access trams and occasional challenges with taxis due to the location's ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean, cozy, and comfortable, equipped with snacks and an espresso machine that got refilled daily, which was amazing. However, the lack of an outside window made the room quite claustrophobic, and the bed was groaning, disturbing my comfort. Additionally, the room didn't get fresh air, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The hotel didn't add much value due to the limited city sights in the area.
The hotel is superbly located, just minutes away from major attractions like the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque. The rooms are elegant and well-decorated, although a bit cramped with lots of furnishings. The service provided was top-notch, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay, albeit with a hiccup regarding the breakfast inclusion. The dining experience offers traditional local cuisine but could use some improvements. Overall, the location and service make it a worthwhile stay.
I was thrilled with the fully equipped rooms offering snacks and a daily refilled espresso machine, which was amazing. The beautiful Turkish-style furniture added a charming touch. However, the small windows in the pretty but compact rooms made them slightly dim despite the partial sea view we paid extra for.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with convenient amenities and beautiful decor. The service is top-notch, with helpful and welcoming staff. The location is central, perfect for exploring the main attractions. However, the dining experience could be improved in terms of variety and consistency.
